Sunday Practice (9/13) -Weather Update
We are keeping a close eye on the weather forecast for Sunday morning. Right now, rain showers are expected to begin around 9:00 AM, with heavier rain moving into the area after 10:00 AM.
As we all know, forecasts can change overnight, so we do not want to make the call to cancel practices just yet.
We will reassess the forecast and field conditions at approximately 6:00 AM Sunday and will provide an update shortly afterward with our plan for the morning’s practices.
Please check back early Sunday morning for the latest update.
Hopefully the weather gives us a window to get some softball in!
Unfortunately, the forecast has not improved overnight. While there appears to be a small break in the rain between approximately 8:00–9:00 AM, it is not enough of a window for us to get practices in without significant disruption.
With additional and heavier rain expected throughout the morning, we are canceling all KP Pride practices for today.
