Sunday Practice at the PAL

This Sunday will be our first at the PAL. We will NOT be at Planet Fastpitch. As the high school seasons have all started, we will not be hosting our 18U practice. Belo are the adjustments for Sunday practice:

• 10U: Practice 10:00-11:30

• 12U: Extended an extra 30 minutes in preparation for April Fools (10:00-12:00)

• 14U: You are free to show up early to start throwing and hitting in the cages (11:00-1:00)

• 18U: No practice
