We're mixing up the rosters for the season's final 12u and 14u tournament. You'll find your daughter's team assignment below. We assigned players with specific needs in mind (example: assigning pitchers, catchers & specific other positions where they'll get the most playing time) Please talk with us if you have any questions.
Important: If you've been assigned to 14u for this weekend, please attend Wednesday's 14u practice. Time will be confirmed via email later today (Tuesday).
Why shuffle rosters?
It allows us to try girls in different roles, and under different conditions. It's a grow opportunity, filling a bigger role, or playing with older teammates and seeing what'll be expected of them next year.
And there was an admin goof that left us with two teams at the tournament instead of three. We have a great relationship with the organizers and agreed to roll with two!
We're very good at managing playing time with large rosters. We'll make it work. If we hit well, everyone will get plenty of plate appearances.
