USA Roster Signatures Required

All rostered players are required to have signatures on file with USA Softball.

Please be informed that you will receive emails from DocuSign regarding the signatures required for the USA Softball Roster. This is a valid request from KP Pride.

These signatures are necessary before our teams can take part in any sanctioned tournaments, including our own. We kindly request that you promptly attend to this matter.

Kindly note that only one person from the household needs to sign the document. For 12U and 14U, we urge you to complete the request as soon as possible.
